The project is located in a suburban area in Leukosia, Cyprus. The residence is located in a narrow plot, oriented towards the south. To maximize the size of the outdoor spaces, the house is placed in close contact with the road on the north side, and is divided linearly in two volumes, one of which is elevated to create the space for an underground access to the basement.
