The project is a contemporary residential apartment building located in the The Votanikos / Elaionas district of Athens on corner plot in Amfipoleos and Kozani street.

The building is defined by a minimalist architectural language and a clear volumetric composition. Inspired by the traditional Athenian bay window - erker, the design reinterprets this characteristic element through a deconstructed façade system, where projected volumes articulate depth and shadow. Integrated planted balconies transform the erkers into active spatial and environmental devices, softening the built form and enhancing the relationship between interior space and the urban context. The project establishes a contemporary dialogue with the architectural identity of the Athenian apartment building while responding to current spatial and environmental demands.
